[RomandIX] Followup on the platform maintenance

Dear list,

We swapped the optics earlier on and the ports are looking like they
behave way better now. I will keep that in current state for a bit
before restarting the Route Servers, I hope to do that later this
afternoon.

I'll keep you posted nevertheless .
